At Trenzwear, operated by Emercart Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to making sure that your orders are delivered safely and within a reasonable timeframe. This section outlines our delivery practices, expected timelines, and essential logistics protocols.

In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Trenzwear, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to customers placing orders via Trenzwear. By initiating a purchase, you agree to the shipping-related terms described below.

Shipping Coverage – Current Service Locations

Our delivery services are presently limited to destinations within India. Orders with addresses falling outside Indian borders are not eligible for dispatch and will not be processed.

Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Upon receiving your order, our team aims to process it within 1–2 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as working days). Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that includes shipment details.

Estimated Delivery Time

Based on the delivery location and courier logistics, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 8 business days.

Occasional delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, local restrictions, or seasonal congestion.

When Delivery Cannot Be Completed Initially

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the courier will generally retry up to two additional times.

In the event, all delivery attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. If a redelivery is requested, the cost for the second attempt must be borne by the customer.

Damaged Goods or Missing Parcels

For Damaged Items: If your package arrives in a damaged state, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours of receipt. Including clear photographic evidence will assist us in resolving the matter swiftly.

For Undelivered Orders: If your parcel hasn't arrived, we will contact the delivery partner to verify the issue. Following the investigation, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the outcome.

Special Packaging & Handling

Certain products may require specific packaging or courier handling due to their weight, fragility, or unique dimensions. Any such special considerations will be clearly mentioned on the individual product page before you place your order.
