In this document, references to “we,” “our,” and “us” pertain to Trenzwear, while “you,” “your,” and “user” apply to individuals placing orders through Trenzwear. By confirming a purchase on our platform, you agree to the conditions stated below. 

Scope & Applicability 

This policy covers all returns and refund requests related to eligible items purchased from Trenzwear. Only items that meet the below criteria will be considered for return or reimbursement. 

Return Eligibility Criteria 

  • Items must remain unused, unworn, and unwashed. 
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and included. 
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or show visible signs of wear will be disqualified. 
  • Return requests must be raised within the applicable window from the date of delivery. 
  • Items that do not satisfy the above will not be approved for return. 

Steps to Request a Return 

  • Submit a Request : Email us at emercartsolutionspvtltd@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for the return. 
  • Share Proof (if applicable) : For defective or incorrect items, please attach clear photos showcasing the issue. 
  • Follow Our Instructions : Once your return is authorized, we’ll provide the required shipping instructions and address 

Refund Timeline & Conditions 

Once the returned item is received and examined, we will inform you of the final outcome. If approved, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 working days, and a confirmation email will be shared once complete. 

Partial Refund Scenarios 

If your returned product only partially meets the stated conditions (e.g., minor packaging issues or slight cosmetic damage), we may issue a partial refund based on internal assessment. 

Return Shipping Policy 

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective product). Shipping fees, once paid, are not refundable. 

Non-Returnable Products 

  • Customised or personalised items, unless defective or damaged. 
  • Products missing original tags, boxes, or showing any usage. 
  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
