For the purposes of this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Trenzwear, while “you,” “your,” and “user” pertain to individuals placing orders through Trenzwear. By proceeding with a purchase, you consent to the terms described herein. We recommend reviewing the following information thoroughly before requesting a cancellation.  

Eligibility for Cancellation  

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered the processing or shipping stage.  
  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once their production has commenced.  
  • Order status can be verified through your Trenzwear account dashboard or by contacting our customer support.  
  • If an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted. In such situations, alternative support options may be offered.  

Timing and Deadlines  

  • Cancellations must be initiated prior to the commencement of order packaging or shipment.  
  • Once the fulfillment process has begun, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.  
  • During peak seasons or promotional campaigns, the standard cancellation window may be reduced. Any such exceptions will be communicated at checkout.  

Procedure for Submitting a Cancellation Request

Refund Policy for Canceled Orders  

Following the approval of your cancellation request:  

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used during checkout.  
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days from confirmation.  
  • A notification will be sent once the refund has been successfully executed.  
  • In cases where the refund is delayed beyond the usual timeframe, our support team will assist in resolving the matter.  

Non-Cancellable Orders  

The following categories of orders are not eligible for cancellation:  

  • Custom-made or personalized items after production has begun.  
  • Orders that have already been packed or dispatched.
